Bought the ring 1 in early december the charger at the end of december.
Ring doorbell 1 solar charger not charging.
I installed the charger 2 weeks ago and the battery charge has increase.
I have the same issue and have had it for several months.
It does not charge but apparently just trickles a charge to maintain the battery and slightly increase the charge.
Not only did my battery loss 50 life in 5 days the doorbell doesn t even reflect that it s connected solar status says add a ring solar charger to extend battery life see setting screenshot.
