I was wondering if there was any way to setup the wifi connection without the remote.

The 3600 stick and the 3800 sticks i have all will operate using the same 3800 stick remote it s an enhanced remote with volume control and off button for tv and roku voice search. So you can buy a new 3800 stick with a remote and use that same remote with your 3600 or just buy the remote for the 3800.

Unfortunately after a mishap the roku streaming stick is connected to one internet connection while my phone the roku remote app is connected to another. The remote for my roku quit working. To make up for it i ve been using the roku remote app however it requires pairing.
