Remove the awning fabric from the awning arms and then remove the tops of the arms to access the torsion assembly.
The awning will not go up.
To replace the cam lock disassemble the awning assembly completely.
I have an rv with an oasis model 973eu56 i05u oasis elite power door awning.
You have to remove the torsion assy in order to get that.
Now detach the front awning leg from the side of the rv and stand it up.
I can still roll up and down ok but the lever does not stay locked in either the up or down positions.
It is important to allows take every safety precaution available when working with an rv awning.
Without the support arm in place the leg will want to fall down.
